The Right – The World’s Most Dangerous And Unpredictable Wave

RYAN HIPWOOD CHALLENGES THE WAVE WHICH NEARLY KILLED HIM

“The Right” in Western Australia has been classified by many as borderline impossible.   It lies about 400 miles north of Perth where the desert meets the ocean.  This wave has been classified as one of the most dangerous waves in the world, and has earned the right to be feared and respected.  It just shuts down and the ocean swallows you. So, which crazy surfer would take this wave on?

Ryan Hipwood has carved a slot in history from surfing the borderline impossible and The Right draws him for a return battle after nearly taking his life in 2012.  There are waves at “The Right” which are certainly impossible to ride, but a few crazy surfers have experienced the ride of a life time, conquered it and lived to tell the tale of the extreme surfing and adrenaline rush.

Watch Ryan and a handful of crazy surfers conquer the wave, while others demonstrate just how awesome this wave is and the need to be mindful and respect it!.
